Cute little harvest mice, what can I say, I just can't stop painting them. However, this painting for me is not just about the acrobatic little mice.... I really wanted to paint and capture these wonderful seeded poppy heads. That wonderful colour and texture that the seed head changes to just before it releases all those tiny little black seeds.
This painting is one of the highly detailed pieces that I have been creating lately. It makes a great companion to 'Chuckle Berries'.
The highest quality framing has then been undertaken 'in house' using acid free materials, finally the perfect frame.
