Little owls are among some of my favourite creatures to paint and create an almost human personality with. They pull such funny expressions in such human positions, an animal artists dream.
I hear the little owls all around me at night but have only ever seen one of them once, asleep in the early morning sun. I often go out in the garden late at night with a torch, shinning it into the huge trees trying to spot one. I know they are there, but just can't find them!
I can only image what these little owls must think about this mad lady and her torch. However I enjoy it and simply love creating many paintings, all with personality and expression.
The highest quality framing has then been undertaken 'in house' using acid free materials, finally the perfect frame.
