We recently added a new feature to our website, allowing customers to now write reviews. After looking at lots of other websites, it is obvious that this move can have it's pitfalls, people do tend to write reviews when they are not happy, rather than when they are pleased with the service they have received. 

Today I thought I would collate and share those reviews with everyone. All the original reviews can of course be found on our website on the individual artwork page. 

Kay, and our great team really do try their very best to ensure we give you, the customer, the very same service that we would like to receive ourselves. At the end of the day, customers are buying from us a product that is passion to us here at The Event Gallery. Great care and love has gone into producing everything we do here. Of course our fantastic artist, Kay (Kay Johns) has put her heart and soul into painting this wonderful artwork that you can find on our website, artwork that we all have the pleasure to work with every day. Kay personally embellishes many of the prints, Kay is then also responsible for signing and numbering every print. The team here in our workshop assist by then framing every original, we often scan the original artwork in house, print our own limited edition art, we make the mounts on our state-of-the-art, computerised mount-cutter.  We then cut glass, make beautiful top quality frames, before finally assembling everything. In order to despatch we bespoke make boxes on our modern machinery to ensure everything arrives promptly and in good order. Doing everything in-house really does mean we can take responsibility for every part of the finished piece of artwork. (unless something goes wrong.... then it's obviously not my fault!- joke) Joking aside, we all make mistakes, but we strongly believe that the important thing is to put those mistakes right and if necessary to learn from it. Happily it seems all the reviews point to the fact that we are doing something right. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to write a review, it is very much appreciated.
